Recap of Week 1

I did not want to do videos because the camera adds ten pounds, I'm not pretty enough and this and this and that, but at the end of the day, a video makes explaining things a lot easier so yes I decided to do a video. Sorry if I spoke too fast or I blurred things, a little nervous here!
