Product Review - Missha Creamy Matte Lip Rouge

Missha's Creamy Matte Lip Rouge in PK03, a pink that I have been dying to get for a while now for the very reason that is light on the skin. The matte color works extremely well with my lip except the fact that there is not enough moisture in the lipstick. There are a handful of other lipsticks that Missha and Innisfree carries that are not as dry as this one. Because of the dry feeling, the lip color does not glide on perfectly.

I would probably not buy the Creamy Matte Lip Rouge again because the line is dry. It would be best if the color blended well, especially with lip balm underneath. Although the color is amazing, the lipstick itself tends to fall apart too easily for my liking meaning I would probably not recommend this line from Missha.

Product Review - Missha Super Aqua All In One Cleansing Tissue

For anyone with extremely sensitive skin, the Super Aqua All in one cleansing oil tissue is actually amazing. It is gentle for the skin and wipes away all makeup with just one sheet. You may need to do a little more work with eye makeup, but it is the go to for make up removing and even if you are on the run. The Super Aqua line is for those with sensitive skin, concentrating on water being their main ingredient in their products. Being that I have psoriasis, finding the right product is not that easy. Initially, my face would turn red with use which meant that I had to wash almost immediately but after a second use, the product just works extremely well with the skin. The best part is being able to find something that works well for a low price because Missha actually has sales every now and then which makes shopping that much better.

Product Review - Missha Tornado Ampule Mask (Stem Water)

The Missha Tornado Ampule Mask which is a sleeping pack has three products that is recommended based on your skin type. The Stem Water product has the benefit of being extremely hydrating which is great for those with dry skin or even during the colder seasons where heat tends to make the skin dry. Using birch sap, bamboo sap, white cedar sap and hyaluronic acid it helps to promote a more moisturized skin base within a short amount of time.
After your nightly skin care regimen, simply pack on the swirly goodness of the Tornado Ampule Mask and sleep the night away. It will help to promote clear skin, removing dead sin cells from the pores. Because it is made with natural pure water (with the concept of their aqua line) it is made with 7 kinds of natural water which relieves irritation. It is one product that is recommended for anyone with dry and sensitive skin because it does work. The amazing swirl of white and green lotion makes it that much more amazing as well!

Product Review - Missha Facial Choco Cacao Scrub

Chocolate is known to be an anti-aging product that helps to remove dead skin cells and enhance beauty. Missha Facial Choco Cacao Scrub incorporates 15% of edible chocolate from Brazil in their scrub which takes it to the next level for chocolate lovers. An amazing smell and a product that works to remove dead skin cells is at the top of the list to enhance the skin and prevent aging. Simply use on a clean face, massage onto the skin for two to three minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. For those who do not have sensitive skin, you can use it as a mask by applying a thin layer and washing of after five minutes. The sugary beads help to remove the layer of dead skin which is still gentle.

My Current Obsession - Missha Near Skin Firming Peptide Shaping V Mask

Missha puts a twist on the cliche face masks with their Near Skin Firming Peptide Shaping V Mask. This complex name is given to a product that microscopically helps to slim down the face and provide a V shaped jaw line. Everyone knows how important a strong jaw line and less of a double chin is. Providing firming and lifting benefits for contouring the face, this gel face mask uses peptides that helps to slim down the face within 20 minutes.

On a clean face, simply apply toner and remove the sticky side from the plastic covering. Center on the jawline and pull to the ears to hold in place. There is a bit of stretch to the product which helps to fit faces of all sizes. After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask and pat the leftover ingredients into the skin to be fully absorbed.

The product may differ from person to person. I did not feel a lot of leftover product on the face because my skin has been a bit dry. Korea's air has been a bit difficult for me to adapt to, but it feels great for the product to soak into my skin quickly. I didn't experience any allergic reactions after having the product on for 20 minutes and results for the slim face is not immediate so it will take a few uses prior before I can guarantee the product to work effectively.

Splurge of the Week - Missha

It is impossible to live in Korea and not pick up beauty and makeup products. It is the time of the year where businesses throws all type of sales for the holiday season, the best time for shopping and splurging on yourself. This week's beauty and makeup splurge is from Missha.

I picked up three Pure Source masks which consists of honey, pomegranate, and aloe. For just about a dollar each, it was worth a try to see how well it would work on my skin. That, and I have never seen a honey mask before and I know honey and oatmeal works wonders for the skin! I was not a big fan of the honey smell, but it was an amazing 20 minute touch.

Next, I picked up a top coat that I forgot to get bring from the states. On sale for just $4, the brush is thicker than those in the states. It allows for one quick sweep of color through the nail and tops my color with a shiny coat. It is a great soft finish for the Missha Lucid Nail Care.

Following, I picked up a Creamy Matte Lip Rouge in PK03, a pink that I have been dying to get for a while now. Today was finally the day! The matte color works extremely well with my lip, I just wish there was a bit more moisture to the lipstick.

Near Skin Bio White, is one of the popular lines of Missha. I decided to give it a try with the Healing Eye Treatment which is certified but he KFDA that uses white peptide bio technology to minimize fine lines. For those without wrinkles, it is good to prevent and protect earlier.

Lastly, I found an extremely moisturizing Excellent Milky Body Oil for a low price. American brand products can be hard to find in Korea for a low price, but I hope this will help my dry skin due to the difference in water.
