Men - Want to Live Longer?

This article is specifically directed towards the men in our life, you included. Has it ever occurred to you there is a pattern of women living longer than men? There's a few reasons for this. Statistics are based on general health of men and women.

There's a theory of women and men's chromosomes being the causing factor of why women live longer than men. Women have double the X chromosome than men. Of course, this is a theory and it has yet to be proved.

One obvious reason why women live longer than men is because women do not get sick as early as men do, specifically cardiovascular diseases. This is linked to your heart, veins, blood vessels, and the reason why women do not have cardiovascular diseases as early as men is because we have a menstrual system that circulates our blood monthly. As blood leaves our system, it is also removing the toxic in the body which can later develop into serious illnesses if not removed.

Therefore, women live longer than men because they do not have an option to have a period monthly that helps the body create new blood cells. Women's body is accommodated to producing new blood cells which can help to fight off diseases. Because men do not have this option, the next best thing they can do is donate  blood. You are able to donate blood every two months, but of course not everyone has the time to. Just do your research to see whether or not you can donate blood.

You will not only help one in need, but help yourself live longer! This is men and women included, but I encourage men to donate blood more often. If you're still in college, there are a number of fraternities and sororities that hold blood drives to make it easier for you.

I mean there is one other option which is to get pregnant. When women give birth, it circulates their entire system. Therefore, you see many women who may be extremely sick or have minor illnesses, like psoriasis, and their psoriasis disappears after having a new born. With the technology's creations, anything is possible!
